With immense pride and profound gratitude, I step into the role of Chairman of the Jalgaon Branch of WIRC. This position is not just an honor but also a responsibility that I embrace wholeheartedly. Together, we have the opportunity to inspire growth, empower our community, and elevate our profession to greater heights.

As we move forward, my vision revolves around fostering economic and social progress within the Jalgaon community. By championing financial literacy, upholding ethical business practices, and committing to corporate social responsibility, we aim to create a positive and lasting impact.

My action plan is broadly divided into the following areas: -

Infrastructure Development:-The establishment of a state-of-the-art library to serve as a hub for learning and collaboration.

Skill Enhancement:-Organizing seminars, workshops, and post-qualification courses to keep our members ahead in a dynamic professional landscape.

Youth Empowerment:-Mentorship programs, expert guidance, and curated opportunities to help the younger generation thrive.

Promoting the CA Curriculum:-Organizing multiple career counseling sessions, arranging seminars jointly with colleges and universities, and attracting students to pursue the CA course.

Inclusivity and Collaboration:-Encouraging open communication, feedback, and teamwork to foster a vibrant and engaged community.

Promoting health, work-life balance, and overall well-being will remain a priority. Moreover, we aim to inspire young members to take up speaking roles, advocate for the CA profession, and provide a platform for women members to share opportunities and advance their careers.

As I embark on this journey, I draw strength from the shared vision and dedication of our members. Together, we can transform the Jalgaon branch into a beacon of professionalism, service, and excellence.
